A snail mail club is a subscription/community where people (usually) pay to get mail and/or art sent to them. I feel like mail clubs have grown in popularity over the years because it is a great way to connect with people and rebel against the rise of mindless technology. It is also just really nice to get a piece of mail just for you in your mailbox.
I wanted to create a snail mail club because I love sending mail. I semi-regularly send mail to my friends. Not only that, but I send postcards criticizing my politicians all the time. It just feels nice to sit down, pour your heart out onto paper, and then put it in a little slot where it goes off to its destination. I also wanted to encourage people to spread kindness and rely more on community members through this club. Plus, people have been telling me for years that I should post/sell my art, so I figured this was as good a time as any.
I hope that you enjoy the club!
